Where oh where....do I begin....? Well, I have been quite sick as of late.
I've stepped back from blogging and though i'm still somewhat active on social media....it isn't nearly as much as it used to be , this is all due to a mixture of my PCOS flaring up, my Spinal Headaches taking control of my every moment, and a bout of depression that inevitably ensued all the things that I listed.
It's amazing how when I look back at my posts (even on Instagram) as if I were a stranger looking in, I'd think that there was nothing wrong...but there is.
If only I could explain to you the physical pain I've been in, or how down and out I've been, (don't be fooled... people who seem "normal" unravel too) and now I write this post, headache and all, wondering when I'm gonna get better and allowing the hopes and prayers of others to fill the hole where mine used to reside (not trying to be a Debbie Downer).
Damn....this sounds like the most depressing note to my supporters ever, not my intention, just tying to provide some insight.
All in all, I just wanted to touch base, let those who may have wondered about my whereabouts know where I've been....home...trying to recover on many levels of existence from physical, to emotional, to spiritual; and I thought i'd also use this blogging moment to possibly light my blogging fire again.
I'm down for the count for now but I WILL be back with a vengeance, and to my amazing readers/supporters, see ya on the flip side.
